(a) Nutrition labeling shall be provided for all meat or meat food products intended for human consumption and offered for sale, except single-ingredient, raw products, in accordance with the requirements of Sec. 317.309; except as exempted under Sec. 317.400 of this subpart. (b) Nutrition labeling may be provided for single-ingredient, raw meat or meat food products in accordance with the requirements of Sec. Sec. 317.309 and [[Page 185]] 317.345. Significant participation in voluntary nutrition labeling shall be measured by the Agency in accordance with Sec. Sec. 317.343 and 317.344 of this subpart.
