Sec. 319.313  Beef with gravy and gravy with beef.

    ``Beef with Gravy'' and ``Gravy with Beef'' shall not be made with 
beef which, in the aggregate for each lot contains more than 30 percent 
trimmable fat, that is, fat which can be removed by thorough, 
practicable trimming and sorting.
