Sec. 4007.3  Filing requirements; method of filing.

    (a) Filing requirements. The estimation, declaration, reconciliation 
and payment of premiums shall be made using the forms prescribed by and 
in accordance with the instructions in the PBGC annual Premium Payment 
Package. The plan administrator of each covered plan shall file the 
prescribed form or forms, and any premium payments due, no later than 
the applicable due date specified in Sec. 4007.11.
    (b) Method of filing. The PBGC applies the rules in subpart A of 
part 4000 of this chapter to determine permissible methods of filing 
with the PBGC under this part.
