With respect to each employee who is partially exempt from the overtime pay requirements of the Act pursuant to section 13(b)(29), the employer shall maintain and preserve the records required in Sec. 516.2, except that the record of the regular hourly rate of pay in Sec. 516.2(a)(6) shall be required only in a workweek when overtime compensation is due under section 13(b)(29).
