Sec. 591.404  Transshipment or transit through the United States 

prohibited.



    The prohibition in Sec. 591.201 applies to the importation into the 

United States, for transshipment or transit, of any rough diamond from 

Liberia that is intended or destined for any country other than the 

United States.
