Sec. 1602.2  Administrative classification.

    A reclassification action relating to a registrant's claim for Class 
1-C, 1-D-D, 1-D-E, 1-H, 1-O-S, 1-W, 3-A-S, 4-A-A, 4-A, 4-B, 4-C, 4-F, 4-
G, 4-T, or 4-W. These classes shall be identified as administrative 
classes.
