(a) Beneficiaries. Air Traffic Control Specialists (ATCS) of the FAA when appropriate authorization has been furnished by the FAA regional representative. (b) Authorization. Written authorization from an FAA Regional Flight Surgeon is required and will include instructions for forwarding the results of services rendered. (c) Care authorized. Subject to the provisions of Sec. 728.3, authorized personnel may be rendered chest x-rays, electrocardiograms, basic blood chemistries, and audiograms, without interpretation in support of the medical surveillance program for ATCS personnel established by the FAA. (d) Report. Complete and submit, per subpart J, a DD 7A (Report of Treatment Furnished Pay Patients, Outpatient Treatment, part B) outpatient care is rendered.
