(a) Any person entering or remaining on a naval installation in the State of Hawaii, without consent of the commander or his authorized representative, shall be subject to the penalties of a fine of not more than $500 or imprisonment for not more than six months, or both. See 18 U.S.C. 1382. (b) Moreover, any person who willfully violates this regulation is subject to a fine not to exceed $5,000 or imprisonment for one year, or both. See 50 U.S.C. 797.
