(a) The Cleveland Marine Inspection Office and the Cleveland Captain of the Port Office are located in Cleveland, Ohio. (b) The Cleveland Marine Inspection Zone and Captain of the Port Zone include all navigable waters of the United States and contiguous land areas within the following boundaries: From the international boundary in Lake Erie at longitude 82[deg]25[min] W.; thence due south to latitude 41[deg] N.; thence due east to longitude 80[deg]31[min]12[sec] W. (Ohio/Pennsylvania State boundary); thence due north to the international boundary; thence southwesterly along the [[Page 47]] international boundary to the starting point. (c) Notwithstanding paragraph (b) of this section and Sec. 3.10- 50(b), factory inspections at the towns of Alliance and Sebring, Ohio, are conducted by marine inspectors from the Cleveland Marine Inspection Office rather than from the Pittsburgh Marine Inspection Office.
