A person requesting a Coast Guard representative at a test of a sound signal must: (a) Direct a written request to the Office of Aids to Navigation, U.S. Coast Guard Headquarters, 2100 Second Street SW., Washington, DC 20593-0001 including: (1) Requestor's name, address, and telephone number; (2) A description of the sound signal; (3) Rated range for which approval is requested; (4) Location of the anechoic chamber; and (5) Proposed test dates. [[Page 169]] (b) Bear all the expenses of conducting the test conducted in accordance with Sec. 67.10-20 including all travel and per diem expenses of the U.S. Government in sending a Coast Guard representative to the test.
