Sec. 421.30  What is the cost-sharing requirement?





    (a) The Secretary pays no more than 50 percent of the cost of a 

project.

    (b) Each recipient of an award under this part shall provide at 

least 50 percent of the cost of the business-labor-education technical 

committees established under the award.
