            Subpart E_What Conditions Must be Met by a State?

 

Sec. 461.44  How does a State request a waiver of the maintenance of 

effort requirement?



    An SEA seeking a waiver of the maintenance of effort requirement in 

Sec. 461.42 shall--

    (a) Submit to the Secretary a request for a waiver; and

    (b) Include in the request--

    (1) The reason for the request; and

    (2) Any additional information the Secretary may require.
