Sec. 646.31 What are unallowable costs? Costs that may not be charged against a grant under the Student Support Services Program include, but are not limited to, the following: (a) Costs involved in recruiting students for enrollment at the institution. (b) Tuition, fees, stipends, and other forms of direct financial support for staff or participants. (c) Research not directly related to the evaluation or improvement of the project.
