Sec. 763.167  Processing prohibitions.

    (a) After August 27, 1990, no person shall process for any use, 
either in the United States or for export, any of the asbestos-
containing products listed at Sec. 763.165(a).
    (b) After August 26, 1996, no person shall process for any use, 
either in the United States or for export, any of the asbestos-
containing products listed at Sec. 763.165(b).
