Yes. You do not need to report passenger automobiles and light trucks that are: (a) Purchased or leased for use outside any State, Commonwealth, territory or possession of the United States, or the District of Columbia. (b) Designed to perform combat-related missions for the U.S. Armed Forces. (c) Designed for use in law enforcement or emergency rescue work.
