Sec. 105-64.403  Approval of requests to amend.

    If a manager decides that a record should be amended, he or she must 
promptly correct it and send the person a corrected copy. If an 
accounting of disclosure was created to document

disclosure of a record, anyone who previously received the record must 
be informed of the substance of the correction and sent a copy of the 
corrected record. The manager should advise the Privacy Act Officer that 
the request to amend was approved.
