(a) BLM will not dispose of mineral materials from wilderness areas or other areas where it is expressly prohibited by law. This includes national parks and monuments. (b) BLM will not dispose of mineral materials from Indian lands and lands set aside or held for the use or benefit of Indians. (c) BLM will not dispose of mineral materials from areas identified in land use plans as not appropriate for mineral materials disposal.
