Sec. 64.902  Transactions with affiliates.

    Except for carriers which employ average schedules in lieu of 
determining their costs, all carriers subject to Sec. 64.901 are also 
subject to the provisions of Sec. 32.27 of this chapter concerning 
transactions with affiliates.
