Sec. 12.500  Scope of subpart.





    As required by Section 34 of the Office of Federal Procurement 

Policy Act (41 U.S.C. 430), this subpart lists provisions of laws that 

are not applicable to contracts for the acquisition of commercial items, 

or are not applicable to

subcontracts, at any tier, for the acquisition of a commercial item. 

This subpart also lists provisions of law that have been amended to 

eliminate or modify their applicability to either contracts or 

subcontracts for the acquisition of commercial items.
