Sec. 110.130  Disputes.



    Disputes should be resolved at the lowest level possible, beginning 

with the project manager and the project officer. If an agreement cannot 

be reached, the Administrator, PHMSA, will serve as the dispute 

resolution official, whose decision will be final.
