Sec.  140.735-7  Statutory violations applicable to conduct of 
Commission members and employees.

    A violation of section 2(a)(7), 8 or 9 (c) or (d) of the Commodity 
Exchange Act, as amended, shall be deemed to be a violation of this 
subpart as well.
