Sec.  177.27  Oral discussion of issues.



    Any party authorized to request a ruling under the provisions of 

Sec.  177.23 may request an opportunity for oral discussion of the 

issues presented in the request. The oral discussion of issues will be 

governed by the provisions of Sec.  177.4.
