Sec.  1000.130  May a recipient charge a non low-income family rents 

or homebuyer payments which are more than 30 percent of the family's

    Yes. A recipient may charge a non low-income family rents or 

homebuyer payments which are more than 30 percent of the family's 

adjusted income.
