(a) Send your comments to the location specified in the rulemaking document on which you are commenting. If you are asked to send your comments to the Docket Management System, you may send them in either of the following ways: (1) By mail to: U.S. Department of Transportation, Docket Management System, 400 7th Street, SW., Plaza Level 401, Washington, DC 20591. (2) Through the Internet to http://dms.dot.gov/. (3) In any other manner designated by FAA. (b) Make sure that your comments reach us by the deadline set out in the rulemaking document on which you are commenting. We will consider late-filed comments to the extent possible only if they do not significantly delay the rulemaking process. (c) We may reject your paper or electronic comments if they are frivolous, abusive, or repetitious.
