Sec. 256.2  Applicability.



    This rule applies to air carriers or foreign air carriers that own, 

control, or operate computerized reservation systems for travel agent 

subscribers in the United States, and the sale in the United States of 

interstate, overseas, and foreign passenger air transportation through 

such systems.
