Sec. 511.202  Authority of agency.

    Subject to the provisions of subpart F of this part and Sec. 
511.203, an agency may determine whether a position is subject to, or is 
excluded from, chapter 51 of title 5, United States Code, by section 
5102(c) (7) and (8) thereof.
