obligations.

    Nothing herein contained shall require or authorize the microfilming 
or other reproduction of
    (a) Currency or other obligation or security of the United States as 
defined in 18 U.S.C. 8, or
    (b) Any obligation or other security of any foreign government, the 
reproduction of which is prohibited by law.
