If you are a new recipient that does not already have a policy statement as described in Sec. 26.205 and an ongoing awareness program as described in Sec. 26.215, you must publish the statement and establish the program by the time given in the following table: ------------------------------------------------------------------------ If . . . then you . . . ------------------------------------------------------------------------ (a) The performance period of the award is must have the policy less than 30 days. statement and program in place as soon as possible, but before the date on which performance is expected to be completed.
