Sec.  70.2  Applicability.



    The provisions of this part 70 apply to the Office of the Secretary 

of Defense (OSD) and the Military Departments. The terms, ``Military 

Services,'' and ``Armed Forces,'' as used herein, refer to the Army, 

Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps.
