(a) The Alabama & Gulf Coast Railway Drawbridge, mile 105.3, at Coy, shall open on signal if at least 24 hours notice is given. (b) The draw of the Canadian National/Illinois Central railroad bridge, mile 277 near Montgomery, shall open on signal if at least 24 hours notice is given.
