(a) The danger zone. A circular area with a radius of 1,000 yards having its center on the aircraft bombing target hulk James Longstreet in Cape Cod Bay at latitude 41[deg]49[min]46[sec], longitude 70[deg]02[min]54[sec]. (b) The regulations. (1) No person or vessel shall enter or remain in the danger zone at any time, except as authorized by the enforcing agency.
