Sec. 76.500 Federal statutes and regulations on nondiscrimination. Nondiscrimination (a) A State and a subgrantee shall comply with the following statutes and regulations: ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Subject Statute Regulation ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Discrimination on the basis of Title VI of the 34 CFR part 100. race, color, or national origin. Discrimination on the basis of Section 504 of the 34 CFR part 104. handicap. Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. 794). Discrimination on the basis of The Age 34 CFR part 110. age.
