(a) Alcoholic beverages--(1) Possession. The possession or consumption of a bottle, can, or other receptacle containing an alcoholic beverage which has been opened, a seal broken, or the contents of which have been partially [[Page 77]] removed is prohibited, except in residences or other areas specifically authorized by the superintendent as to time and place.
