Sec.  1400.12  Qualified researchers.



    The Administrator is authorized to provide OCA information, 

including facility identification, to qualified researchers pursuant to 

a system developed and implemented under 42 U.S.C. 7412(r)(7)(H)(vii), 

in consultation with the Attorney General.
