Sec.  408.60  Applicability; description of the non-remote Alaskan whole 

crab and crab section processing subcategory.





    The provisions of this subpart are applicable to discharges 

resulting from the processing, in non-remote Alaska, of dungeness, 

tanner and king whole crab and crab sections. The effluent limitations 

contained in this subpart F are applicable to facilities located in 

population or processing centers including but not limited to Anchorage, 

Cordova, Juneau, Ketchikan, Kodiak, and Petersburg.
