    (a) Each CAFO subject to this subpart must implement the 

requirements of Sec.  412.37(a).

    (b) Each CAFO subject to this subpart must comply with the record-

keeping requirements of Sec.  412.37(b).

    (c) Each CAFO subject to this subpart must comply with the record-

keeping requirements of Sec.  412.37(c).
