Sec.  3163.3  Criminal penalties.



    Any person who commits an act for which a civil penalty is provided 

in Sec.  3163.2(f) shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not 

more than $50,000, or by imprisonment for not more than 2 years, or 

both.
