Sec.  3504.10  What fees must I pay?



                           General Information





    (a) Filing fees. Include the filing fee for ``applications other 

than those listed below'' found in the fee schedule in Sec.  3000.12 of 

this chapter with each application you submit to BLM that is not charged 

a processing fee as described in paragraph (b) of this section (for 

example, transfers, assignments, and subleases). Fees for exploration 

licenses are not administered under this section, but are administered 

under part 2920 of this chapter.

    (b) Processing fees. The following table shows processing fees for 

various documents.
