Sec.  400.48  Basis and scope.



    This subpart sets forth requirements concerning grants to States 

under section 412(e) of the Act for refugee cash assistance (RCA). 

Sections 400.48 through 400.55 apply to both public/private RCA programs 

and publicly-administered RCA programs.
