    The investigative, compliance, and enforcement procedural provisions 

of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (42 U.S.C. 2000d) (``Title 

VI'') are hereby adopted and applied to these Title IX regulations. 

These procedures may be found at 45 CFR part 611.
