Sec. 819.804  Evaluation, offering, and acceptance.



    (a) The contracting officer will notify SBA in writing of the time 

limit for contract negotiations in accordance with FAR 19.804-2. The 

time limit, as a minimum, should be 45 days, but may be extended by the 

contracting officer.
