Sec.  228.1  Scope.





    This part--

    (a) Prescribes reporting and record keeping requirements with 

respect to the hours of service of certain railroad employees; and

    (b) Establishes standards and procedures concerning the construction 

or reconstruction of employee sleeping quarters.
