                          Subpart C_Time Limits
 
Sec.  801.21  Final determination.

    A determination with respect to any appeal made pursuant to Sec.  
801.20, shall be made by the Managing Director within 10 working days 
(excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and legal public holidays) after receipt 
of such appeal, except that this time limit may be extended for as many 
as 10 additional working days, in accordance with Sec.  801.22.
