Sec.  302.15  Acceptance of certifications by Eligible Applicants.

    EDA will accept an Eligible Applicant's certifications, accompanied 
by evidence satisfactory to EDA, that the Eligible Applicant meets the 
requirements for receiving Investment Assistance.
