Subpart 1251.5_Enforcement of Nondiscrimination on the Basis of Handicap 
  in Programs or Activities Conducted by the National Aeronautics and 
                          Space Administration
 
Sec.  1251.549  Program accessibility: Discrimination prohibited.

    Except as otherwise provided in Sec.  1251.550, no qualified 
individual with handicaps shall, because the agency's facilities are 
inaccessible to or unusable by individuals with handicaps, be denied the 
benefits of, be excluded from participation in, or otherwise be 
subjected to discrimination under any program or activity conducted by 
the agency.
