Sec.  47.63  Application.

    A manufacturer or dealer that wishes to obtain a Dealer's Aircraft 
Registration Certificate, AC Form 8050-6, must submit--
    (a) An Application for Dealers' Aircraft Registration Certificates, 
AC Form 8050-5; and
    (b) The fee required by Sec.  47.17.
