As a primary tier participant, your disclosure of unfavorable information about yourself or a principal under Sec. 180.335 will not necessarily cause a [[Page 20]] Federal agency to deny your participation in the covered transaction. The agency will consider the information when it determines whether to enter into the covered transaction. The agency will also consider any additional information or explanation that you elect to submit with the disclosed information.
