Sec.  1631.31  Production prohibited unless approved by the Executive 

Director.

    No employee or former employee of the Board shall, in response to a 
demand of a court or other authority, produce any material contained in 
the files of the Board or disclose any information or produce any 
material acquired as part of the performance of his

or her official status without the prior approval of the Executive 
Director or his or her designee.
