Sec.  1653.14  Calculating entitlements.

    A qualifying legal process can only require the payment of a 
specified dollar amount from the TSP. Payment pursuant to a qualifying 
legal process will be calculated in accordance with Sec.  1653.4(a), 
(d), (f) and (g).
