An agency must maintain records of the amount of sick leave used by an employee for family care purposes and to make arrangements for or attend the funeral of a family member under Sec. 630.401(a)(3) and (4). The records must be sufficient to ensure that an employee does not exceed the limitations in Sec. 630.401(b) and (c).
